Keynote Speaker will be Karen Frey (long-time CTRN member) who will be providing the audience with an exceptional presentation titled: "Developing a Job Search Strategy - The game of chess".

Keynote Speaker: Karen Frey Executive Summary
President, Frey & Associates Karen Frey has been working with exceptional talent for over 20 years. As an executive recruiter and coach, she has helped extraordinary people and companies attain their goals. Her experience spans from a Fortune 100 company to start-ups in sales, recruiting and human resources. Those companies included The Quaker Oats Company, Sequent Computer Systems, (now IBM) and Ciber. In 1999, Karen formed Frey & Associates, a boutique executive search and transition coaching firm. She works with start-ups to Fortune 100 companies helping them to identity, attract and secure talent within the suite of human resources and corporate attorneys. She knows why people get hired and why they don’t. Her passion has also been helping people and companies achieve their goals. As a Transition Coach she works with professionals to help them hone their resume, interviewing skills and attack their job search. She is the author of three eWorkbooks that help job hunters with their job search. Karen has served on the Board of Directors for Florence Crittenton Services, a Denver-based nonprofit that empowers struggling teen families to be productive members of the community. She continues to be an active volunteer. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, traveling, and playing golf. You can usually identify her as the parent photographer. Karen has a B.S. from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of the Institute of Life Coaching Training. She is certified in Behavioral Interviewing from DDI as well as certified from Professional DynaMetric Program assessments.

Directions I-25 to Arapahoe, Exit Arapahoe, Go west on Arapahoe, Right on Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Right on E. Caley/Fiddlers Green Circle, go through the stop light heading east (do NOT take a left into the Tuscany Plaza drive way at the light). After the stoplight about 100 yards, take a left U-turn at the first median and then turn right immediately into the parking garage driveway east of the structure.
Parking is on the top level of the parking garage next to the building. Please do NOT park in the ground floor area marked Visitors Parking—this has a two hour limit. Instead, go to the EAST side of the garage (closest to I-25), enter the code 1111# to open the gate. Please park on the top level.
Parking to Conference Room Take the elevator to the bottom of parking structure, Exit the parking structure and walk across to the building. when you walk up the steps, go in the left door/ East Side. Stay on first floor and go down hallway to room 118.
